Please review the payment schedule for your pilgrimage carefully.

​Late payments are subject to additional fees, and cancellation fees increase as the departure date approaches.

Late Payment Fee

A $100 late fee will apply to any individual payment, excluding the initial deposit, that is not received by its scheduled due date.

If the payment remains outstanding:

• On the due date: $100 late fee
• After 15 days: An additional $100 late fee
• After 30 days: JMJ Youth reserves the right to cancel the pilgrim's registration. The account balance will be refunded, less any applicable cancellation fees.

Cancellation Fees

Cancellation fees are based on the date of cancellation relative to your scheduled departure:

11 months prior to departure	25% of trip cost
9 months prior to departure	50% of trip cost
6 months prior to departure	70% of trip cost
3 months prior to departure	100% of trip cost

Travel Protection & Cancellation Insurance

JMJ Youth recommends purchasing travel protection and/or cancellation insurance. Coverage may be purchased from a third party through the provided portal or online from a travel insurance company of your choice.
For questions about coverage, claims, or policy terms, contact your chosen insurance provider directly. If you purchase insurance, carefully review the policy's terms and conditions so you understand what is and is not covered.
